Exceptional Care for High-Anxiety Patients! I have been a patient at Ontario Smiles Dentistry for over a decade. My fear of the dentist is at a 100%, but my recent visits have been completely tolerable.Dr. Loomba is incredible.She is deeply aware of my dental anxiety. She walked me through every single step and explained exactly what sensations to expect, which made the process manageable. She even informed the whole team about my fears. Every department treated me with absolute kindness and constantly checked on my well-being. I recently had two teeth extracted, and the team was outstanding.Funny story: Dr. Loomba doesn’t know this, but I once saw her interacting with her children at Target. The exact same patience she showed her kids there is the patience she brings to me when I am in her dental chair.Deep Cleaning with KarinaI usually dread deep cleanings, but Karina was exceptionally good this week. Her hands were incredibly light. She talked me through the entire process and gave me clear options to manage my pain tolerance.I still carry my fear of the dentist, but knowing this entire team works together to ensure my experience is as painless as possible keeps me coming back. I am so grateful for them!

My first visit was for an exam with Dr. Dipti Loomba. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures she recommended. She made me feel comfortable and informed without any pressure, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I left without getting the deep cleaning because I couldn’t afford it at the time. About a week later, I received a call from Rina, who let me know that they wanted to waive my fees. Thanks to her kindness and generosity, I was able to come in the very same day for my cleaning. Karina did my deep cleaning, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, and very gentle throughout the entire procedure. She frequently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay, which helped ease my anxiety. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Dipti Loomba, Rina, and Karina for their compassion and outstanding care. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference for me. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients.
